Turkey and Beef Meat Loaf has pizzazz and is not your traditional meat loaf. I like mixing beef with turkey because turkey can be a little bland and the beef adds flavor. The chipotle pepper in adobo adds a nice smokiness and the yogurt keeps the meatloaf from drying out.
I really like to the tomato Mexican spice topping instead of the traditional ketchup. If you want to add some spice I recommend red pepper flakes or hot sauce. Add it to your beef mixture so that way the meat loaf flavors stay balanced.
