Tomato Green Bean Pasta

Tomato Green Bean Pasta is a wonderful side when the garden or farmers market is plentiful. The fresh herbs and balsamic are perfectly paired.

Tomato Green Bean Pasta salad comes together for a great week night dinner. It also makes a great light lunch with a side of fruit and yogurt. I usually grill up meat and pair it with this wonderful side.

I like to add additional vegetables such as peppers and carrots. I especially like this recipe with olives. A lot of other vegetables work in this side such as asparagus, zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, peppers, etc. This side is wonderful with boiled, grilled, roasted or raw vegetables.
