How to Make Chicken Broth in a Roasting Pan

Chicken Broth has many health benefits and is way better when it is homemade. This recipe is a fix it and forget it delight!

Chicken Broth in a roaster is the perfect way to make broth because you can set it and forget it until the broth is perfectly ready. I make homemade chicken broth every couple of months. I use the chicken to make other meals such as pot pies, enchilada’s, chicken soup, etc.

There are so many benefits to having homemade broth on hand at all times. It is way more flavorful than what you would buy in the store and because it is made at home you can control the amount of salt.

I use broth in most of my everyday cooking as well as soups. Adding broth to rice instead of water is a huge flavor booster. Most of the time if a recipe calls for water in a gravy or as a deglazer I will substitute broth instead.
