Honey Roasted Carrots

Honey Roasted Carrots are my favorite roasted carrots because they do not taste like cooked carrots. Perfect for any dinner party!

Honey Roasted Carrots are not the most healthy but they are perfect for people who don’t really like carrots such as myself. I serve them every year at our Thanksgiving.

Oven Roasted

Recipe serves: 8

Serving size: 1/2 cup

Equipment needed: 1 sheet pan

Total time: 25 minutes

Equipment

There is no doubt that the most used piece of equipment in my house is a sheet pan. I use them for roasting vegetables, baking, and transporting food to and from the grill.

I use a kitchen scale for everything. Weighing potatoes, fruit, baking, packaging meat, etc. If you don’t have one they are worth the extra space on your counter or in a cabinet. You will be surprised how often it comes in handy.

Let's grocery shop!

I do not include salt and pepper because I assume it is already in your pantry. If you have a fully stocked pantry there will be a savings of about $2.50.
