Herb Crusted Potatoes is one of my favorite potatoes. It is perfect with almost any type of meat. The best part is you can season the potatoes with whatever flavors you like!

Equipment
There is no doubt that the most used piece of equipment in my house is a sheet pan. I use them for roasting vegetables, baking, and transporting food to and from the grill.
I use a kitchen scale for everything. Weighing potatoes, fruit, baking, packaging meat, etc. If you don’t have one they are worth the extra space on your counter or in a cabinet. You will be surprised how often it comes in handy.
Let's grocery shop!
I do not include salt and pepper because I assume it is already in your pantry.
