Herb Crusted Potatoes

Herb Roasted Potatoes with thyme, oregano and rosemary is the perfect side to any main dish. I like to serve these potatoes with roasted chicken.

Herb Crusted Potatoes is one of my favorite potatoes. It is perfect with almost any type of meat. The best part is you can season the potatoes with whatever flavors you like!

Try out some of our homemade spice blends.  I first found this recipe in my Taste of Home Light and Tasty 2007 Annual Recipes Cookbook.
