Grilled Apricot Chicken Breasts are sweet from the apricot preserves and tangy from the mustard. In the summer I do the majority of our cooking outside to avoid heating up the house. Cast iron cookware allows me to cook anything I would have made inside outside.
If you do not like apricot preserves try apple, orange, or another type of herb you enjoy. Recipes are all about experimenting with flavors that you like. I just started to cook with preserves and have found I like spicy with the sweet.
