1/2 cup franks red hot |
1 teaspoons garlic powder |
4 sweet potatoes or regular potatoes |

- Gather all of your ingredients and measuring tools
- Scrub 4 potatoes and wrap them in tin foil
- Place chicken on cutting board and trim off any fat.
- Cut chicken into 4 ounce pieces. I like to use a kitchen scale.
- Sprinkle each side evenly with 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Add chicken to a small bowl along with 1/2 cup of franks hot sauce. Mix well.
Let's cook!
- Complete the prep from the prep tab above.
- Place potatoes stacked one on top of the other to one side of the crock pot.
- Add the chicken to the other side of the crock pot. Be sure to get all of the hot sauce from the bowl over the chicken.
- Turn the crock pot on low for 4 – 5 hours.
- Serve chicken on top of the potato with more hot sauce or dressing if desired. Enjoy!
