BBQ Pulled Pork

BBQ Pulled Pork is great for feeding a large crowd. I like to serve this with multiple BBQ sauces.

BBQ Pulled Pork is great for feeding a crowd. I like to leave the BBQ sauce on the side versus covering the meat so I can have multiple sauces. Try different toppings such as pineapple, coleslaw, sauerkraut, peperoncini, jalapeno, etc. I also like to serve BBQ pulled pork with salad instead of buns.

If I am not feeding a large crowd then I will make multiple dishes with the pulled pork such as: tacos, pasta sauce, soup, hash, etc. You can also freeze the meat for a later use.
