Lemon Mustard Pork Chop

Lemon Mustard Pork Chop is a very fast dish to put together with a lot of flavor from the Dijon mustard, fresh parsley and lemon.

Lemon Mustard Pork Chops are tangy from the lemon and the dijon mustard. You can grill or broil this recipe. I personally prefer the grill because it adds additional smokey flavor. I like to squeeze a little more lemon over top of my pork chop.

Rosemary and fresh parsley are two of my favorite herbs to season pork. I use fresh rosemary in the summer months. I finely chop 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary. The fresh rosemary adds a more prominent rosemary flavor compared to the dried rosemary.

I found this recipe in my Taste of Home Healthy Cooking 2014 Annual Recipes Cookbook.
